Firstly, I will say that I absolutely love this boot. I love the color, I love the style, I love the fit, and I love the warmth! One area for growth would probably be the quality of the shoe glue between the sole and the rest of the shoe. After one wear the sole began to come off. This was something that was easily remedied by some shoe glue, but I don’t feel that it should’ve happened after one wear in the first place… especially not this brand. I’d give it four out of five stars because of the issues I had with the quality of the shoe, but because I absolutely loved everything else about itI got these for a trip to cold Chicago. I wore them on the plane and were easy to take off and put back on (crazy airport security measures). I walked a lot on these and despite being a little hard at the beginning they provided great support for my ankle. I would buy them again in a different color.I really wanted to like these boots! The biggest pain is no zipper on the boots, and the boots are too roomy and my feet were sliding around in them. The boots were the correct size, just too roomy from side to side. You can tie them as tight as possible, but still they are not tight enough!Love them overall but they are definitely not easy to pull on… They do not open wide enough at the top hard to explain without having them in front of you I’ve never owned a shoe in the style before but I love it anywayI never really understood that little tab at the back of shoes until I got this pair of boots… that don’t have it. It makes it very difficult to put on the shoes, but once they’re on I’ve loved them! Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.Hard to get on and they are very narrow. Will continue searching for boots…To small for my feet.I usually purchase wide shoes to accommodate an orthotic. These boots were not wide enough for my need.
