I received the boots and was so excited, because they fit and I've been having horrible luck with ordering shoe sizes. However, when I finally went to put both shoes on to wear I noticed something very odd - one boot was almost perfectly fitted around my calf and the other was double in size around my calf! My fiance even saw this and was like what is going on with those boots... I returned them and requested a replacement pair. So, I'm hoping they're normal because I really liked them!My son referred to these as my elf boots. They were just meh. Maybe be good for a costume but not super fashionable in my opinion. They weren’t very comfortable either.Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the material of the boats made them more shiny than I had expected, otherwise I like them. Calf fit was perfect!I did not order wide calf, but they are so much wider than my other Cliffs boots.They fit my foot but the shin area is a little tight and I don’t feel as if I have thick legs.Great boot! BUT Wide Calf was only marked on the BOX! When ordered it was order size 8M. But when arrived the top did not fit correctly because it was SO wide! Had to be returned. Just a warning if buying this boot.My favorite boots! I get them every year because they are SO comfortable even when I am standing all day or a long day walking. Highly recommendGreat boots, just a little on the narrow side.It doesn’t say this in the description but these boots are WIDE CALF! Had to return
