This shoe fits well and looks expensive. Customer service is excellent.Love these boots! I was regretting this purchase because they were not a PRIME item, which is usually all I order, and they took almost TWO WEEKS to arrive. But glad I bought them because they're perfect! The perfect height, not too high, not too low and comfortable. Slightly big but that's good if you wear a medium weight (not too thick) sock, which is what I plan to do since it's a winter shoe.
