I should have read more carefully, but I expected White Mountain to be leather uppers. Plastic and smelly out of the box.The minute you put these on you will thank yourself. They are so comfortable and very classic.My grandmother wanted to wear these for Mother’s Day and was excited to get them out of the mail. On the picture they look quite comfortable like it came with great cushion. The shoe size was the in both but they didn’t fit the same: it was very disappointing and I had to ship them back but didn’t have time to find anymore.Size is too smallthe front of the shoe got scuffed up within a few weeks of wearing it and the leather started pealing.This is a very comfortable shoe. Got them for a upcoming trip.These shoes were very comfortable. I wore them around my house a little before I wore them to a wedding where I was on my feet most of the day. I didn’t get any blisters or sore spots, my feet didn’t hurt, they were perfect for what I needed and I’ll get a lot of use out of them
